Edit client

Letters, digits and underscore; must start with a letter; up to 40 characters; not "base". It cannot be changed later. The client's tables are created from the base_ tables.

Saving recalculates FinYear and QRTNAME of all vouchers of this client.

API key

A key for this client, kept for other uses. It is not checked on the Tally posts (vouchers, ledger master, bills outstanding); those use the shared Import:ApiKey, if one is set.

Clear import log

Vouchers, ledger master, bills outstanding, the sender's position and webhook settings are not touched. The "Last import" column of the Clients list stays empty until the next import. This cannot be undone.

Clear voucher data

• All vouchers with their items, accounts and bills
• The last voucher alter id (the sender starts again from 0)
• The voucher import history and the rejected vouchers

Ledger master, bills outstanding and webhook settings are not touched. This cannot be undone.

Restore backup

• Vouchers with items, batches, accounts, bills and cost centres, ledger master, bills outstanding and ledger opening bills are restored with their original keys
• The last voucher alter id is set to the highest restored one per branch, so the sender continues after it
• Settings, API key, webhooks and the import history are not part of a backup and are not changed
• It all happens in one step: if anything fails, nothing is changed

The client must have the same financial year start month as the client the backup was made from. Replacing cannot be undone.
